What Do We Do?

Our Athlete Prep program is designed to build complete Athletes. We focus on developing Athletes who are serious about excelling in their specific sport. Making sure your Athlete builds strength and power while utilizing proper training techniques to do so is our number one priority. Exposing your Athlete to the proper lifting techniques and elite programming will serve as a massive advantage over their competition.

We offer Personal Training for Athlete & Quarterly Group Training Sessions

– Middle School Athletes: 7th & 8th Grade

– High School Athletes: 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th Grade

Build the strength and power that YOUR sport requires. Investing in an athlete’s off season training is essential for in season success. The best athletes in the world ALL include strength training in their program.

Learn HOW to Lift Safely
Learning how to lift with proper technique is essential for all athletes who want to succeed at the next level. We teach all levels of technique – from the basic Squat to the more technical olympic lifts. In our weight room, safety is the #1 priority.

Injury Prevention
Making sure our athletes have a strong and flexible body is the key to injury prevention. We build strong athletes and teach them how to maintain a stable, mobile, and flexible body, which ultimately prevents both minor and season-ending injury.
